Happy Teachers' Day!

Happy Teachers' Day to Mrs Noordin, Mrs Ng, all other teachers i know and all students teachers like me.. =)

when we were back at our jc yesterday, the teachers were very happy.. and..

Mrs Ng said, "Oh, I remember there are five guys who will always sit in row behind.. Sit must sit together, move also move together.. I call them the 5 musketeers! *looking at the names on the box of Ferrero Rocher* Hmmm, alvin, daniel tong, shing hym, bernard.. and who is the last one? *think really hard, scan the names really hard, june & i exchange glances and whisper "darren"* aiya, darren la!"

haha.. that was funny.. and while mrs noordin could remember every single one of us, mrs ng could only vaguely recall a few.. oh well.. i used to be very afraid of mrs ng, because she was very fierce.. but there was once during my ed psy class, i was asked to recall a teacher who gave me a bad experience and a teacher who had a positive influence on my life.. while i can remember many nice incidences, i could not remember any bad ones.. so, the one i shared was..

"When I was in JC, I did not do well in Biology as I had when I was in secondary school.. Keep getting 'D's and 'E's does not help me at all especially because I want to do Medicine in university.. Then this teacher came to class one day and asked us to do a reflection on why we are not doing well in Biology.. I wrote about all my disappointment and fear but when the reflection slip came back to me, it was full of encouragement and confidence in me from her.. I guess this is one of the reasons why I score an 'A' in the end and now, I am a Life Science graduate and Biology teacher-to-be.."

"You must take good care of her. She is one of my best students."

"Mrs Ng, the fan is not working. We feel very hot!"
